Location is perfect for someone who would like to visit Bruges as it is very close to most landmarks. The parking, although expensive, is a big plus to this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable

The location is excellent in the Minnewater area, just a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Bruges. Our rooms (3&4) were quirky, well serviced. Breakfast delicious and varied.

The shower was amazing! The bed was so comfortable, no noise at all from other areas. Couldn’t hear the rain or wind from outside. Good tv and music options in the room. The finer details were lovely coffee, mini bar, slippers etc. the hand steamer/iron was amazing, that I am now buying one for home!! The restaurant was 5* as were the staff. Sitting outside at 11pm under the beautiful canopy with the heaters mid November was so lovely - just added to a great experience in Bruges.

Beautiful serene location in the heart of a fairytale city, next to a park and walking distance from the train station.

Super-nice hotel, located in a beautiful old mansion, in the middle of a beautiful park in the Minnewater district (a few meters away from the lake itself); the room itself was average-sized, but quite nice and well-furnished with everything one would expect for the room price; besides, the room was at the top-most level, in the attic, which allowed a beautiful view from the window of a nearby park. The lighting/cooling systems were accessible via a nice modern touch panels network, explained properly by the hotel staff (who was very helpful and polite), but ultimately learned easily via trial-and-error. There was a restaurant within the property, but we didn't get to use (will detail that lower), neither for breakfast, nor dinner. The hotel was within walking distance to the train station (~10min) and town center (also about 10-15min); the area was super-quiet, even if tourist groups were swarming just 100 meters away.

The breakfast was great. Lovely presentation and the right amount of food. The restaurant food was excellent and the ambience very chilled. Great place to have a good meal with friends or just between yourselves
