The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, with lots attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Room was very nice and the view was amazing (I stayed on the top floor). Breakfast was amazing too!

Everything about this hotel was amazing, the staff were lovely, the room was spacious and pretty, the location was unreal, and they even put out free homemade cakes for everyone to have. My first 10/10! A must-stay in if you're visiting Brugges

Loved the hotel. Very cute, awesome taste in decoration, staff was more than friendly, they gave us directions in where to go, where to eat, what to do, etc. the room was big and hotel was very central.

Very well located, easy to find. The breakfast buffet was very good. All the staff were excellent. The 'living room' was a very welcome addition. The bed and linen were extremely comfortable. A good sized lift made for easy travel between our top floor accommodation and the ground floor.

Rang the hotel 1.5 hours before arrival to request petals and chocolates as a suprise to my partner, they completed this and upgraded us to a beautiful loft apartment. Will definitely return as we got engaged on this trip!
