Great location and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very boutique and full of character and charm. Like the rest of the hotel, our room was beautifully decorated, with everything you could need. Chocolates in room each day were a lovely treat!

Great location away from congested tourist spots yet still close. Quiet at night, near good restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped inside. They made our stay in Bruges an absolute delight, and we are looking forward to staying again at this hotel the next time we're back.

Incredible breakfast. Before having breakfast we were complaining (to ourselves) about the price, but the spread and quality is excellent. There is a small parking behind the hotel which is very handy in the busy city (we didn't come by car, but by bike and could leave them there relatively safely).

Incredible Property that is 110% worth the visit! The picturesque entrance at Christmas time is incredible! Staff are amazing and the rooms are perfect.

Great atmosphere, smells beautiful when you walk in. The staff were very welcoming. It’s in a great location and the Christmas decorations inside & out were stunning. Very comfortable bed and nice having two sinks. We loved our stay here. Plentiful breakfast in a quiet relaxing room and the art deco salon and bar were gorgeous. Feels very special.
