Very quiet and clean, about a 10 minute walk to the centre on the flat. WiFi worked well and room was well supplied. Host very welcoming. Can’t comment on the breakfast as we were never up in time, sorry!

The room was very spacious and clean. All the information you would need was available on display in the different parts of the room. The owner was very kind and friendly, helped me with my luggage up the stairs, and prepared the most delicious and wonderful breakfasts. We were there for 2 nights, and both times, he surprised us with something different towards the end of the breakfast! We were so full but managed to eat those small, delicious bites, and they were worth it. You should ask about the artisanal beer they have on display. You might get the chance to buy a couple—I know I did, and my friends loved it!

Geert greeting us so welcoming and warm. I was so happy to see him. We stayed here by recommendation of a good and trusting friend. And he was right to do so. Our room was comfortable with a very modern and convenient bathroom. Location to cutest of towns Bruges as terrific. Breakfast was wonderful and very generous. Geert could not have been a better host. Even to the fact that he almost did not charge us !! wifi not very strong and took many attempts to get money over to him. Thank you Geert

The room and en-suite were just what we wanted, big enough for the two of us and with a big, comfortable bed. The breakfasts were superb and they made special efforts to cater for my wife's food intolerances, getting in gluten free bread just for her. The location was perfect for us. In a quiet street just outside the centre, but within easy walking distance of the city. The nearby free car park was a bonus as the car sat unused for most of our week there. But the best thing was the friendly atmosphere.

The welcome with Geert was excellent and the breakfast was tailored to our needs and very tasty. The room was perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by from the balcony. Recommend to everyone and would love to come again.
