The fine print
The reception is open 23 hours a day. It is only closed from 12:30 until 13:30. Access to the apartments is through an independent entrance with an access code. Please note that the restaurant serves French cuisine from Monday until Friday and take away food for lunch from Monday until Friday.Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days.Cleaning is included every 6 days except for the kitchenette area and the dishes.The maximum occupancy includes a baby cot.Special views of the lake, west-side, are available upon request and availability and at an extra cost of EUR 10 per night.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location for us, travelling with dog so a bonus to have a walk around the lakes. Room very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and handy having a supermarket opposite. Our third stay here now!

Lovely balcony overlooking lake and swimming pool. Studio was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom. Supermarket next door. La ferme restaurant nearby is fabulous. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Spacious rooms Balcony facing the lake is stunning Small kitchen but sufficient for a few days Pool was a great addition for the children Supermarket right outside the door Quiet (we paid for the lake facing rooms) Access to town center via tram was easy (bit of a walk to the station but doable for us)

Pool - absolutely spotless. It was covered over every evening. Pool area also spotless. Great size. Right beside property. Sun loungers to use also! Room size - great size. Kitchen was great with having 2 young children. Bathroom great size also. Balcony had a table and 2 chairs and was safe. Staff at reception were pleasant (mostly) Very close to centre. I would really recommend to stay here rather than a city centre property due to how much you will save! Literally 7min walk from tram stop and only around 6 stops or so from where we got off every day! Very good price for the time we stayed! Area felt very safe. Good lighting, even walking back from tram at 12am we felt secure! We got a view of the lake and pool which was great! Supermarket outside the front of the hotel was perfect and very reasonable! We bought from here and made our own breakfast as felt the hotels were very overpriced.

Pool area nice. Rooms adequate with all amenities. Comfortably slept 4 for an overnight stop off whilst travelling. Lovely walks and local central area which offers cheaper alternatives to adjacent bar menu.

Staff on the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. Location for travel into Bordeaux very good. Shop on site great amenity Clean and sufficient equipment provided . Pool clean and pleasant. Small and basic but very good value for money .

Big rooms, free parking, pool, friendly staff(especially Sylvain). It’s definitely worth paying for an upgrade to lake view. Definitely not necessary to pay for covered parking. The location is outsideBordeaux but close to transport to centre. Area is quiet and comfy
