Absolutely friendly staff - you can feel like at home :) Fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet with wide choice Great location as starting point for visiting different ski areas (Kitzsteinhorn, Maiskogel, Saalbach, Schmittenhoehe) Great view from the room/balcony to the river and mountains Cosy bar with fireplace 100% cleanness

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. On site parking a bonus. Staff very friendly. Ideal location in the town. the terrific weather made the beer garden a bonus. Found a unique bar with beer garden.The food looked and smelled great.we ate in our hotel which was also very good. Buffet style with plenty of choice. I liked how you are allocated a table for the duration of your stay.

Super nice and cozy place. The basic room is small but very tidy, clean. Simple, tasty and good quality breakfast. I was very satisfied with everything, including the staff. The location and the small town Bruck is amazing. The hotel also has a restaurant with local dishes and local craft beer. Had a very nice dinner there.

It was great for us to explore high alpine road and nearby Kaprun. Great location, free parking. Food (breakfast and dinner) was nice too. The only thing they served warm beer which I was not used to, maybe local tradition. And charge for a table water assuming the dinner was included but table water was not. Anyway, we enjoyed the stay and location.
