Great breakfast, exceptional, friendly owner. It is an excellent location to explore San Marino and the area. The pool was nice to relax and enjoy the sun.

Lovely owner whose daughter spoke excellent English and who recommended a great local place to eat. Room was clean and well planned. Breakfast was very good.

Everything, the location (12 minutes drive from San Marino), the room was good, breakfast great, there's a pool! Great breakfast and a lovely host!

The staff, breakfast, hospitality, cleanliness, the restaurant nearby were great. house-owners are awesome people. It was one of the nicest place we stayed with my family during the trip around Italy. A highly recommended place. You will never regret.
