We loved everything about our stay. The cottage is very cozy, warm and comfortable. The view from the cottage and its surrounding is amazing and there are several great walks just on the doorstep. The host and her family are wonderful people and made us feel more than welcome. Totally recommend!

Fantastic location, very quiet, superb view from the window of local hills and only a few hundred yards from a beautifully unspoiled wooded valley and small river. Very well equipped, with everything a walker needs.

The cottage was in the most fantastic location, great for getting away from it all but also a good base for exploring the Lake District. The cottage is well equipped, cosy and comfortable. The host was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Everything was just great. Can't say a bad word about the accommodation or a host. All have been perfect. Loved the cottage, location, and character of the place. I will be recommending it to all my friends.
