My apologies to other potential guests of the excellent property on the south-shore of Montreal, but since I frequently stay at the ALT Hotel Quartier DIX30, I'm running out of positive adjectives. (you can aways scroll down for more detailed reviews of mine).

My apologies, but I'm running out of positive adjectives for this fine property on Montreal's south shore, including their continued "special customer treatment" the hotel's management took upon themselves to keep me from stubbing my toes, when walking around the bed-end corners. The Alt-Dix/30's staff is very professional, yet friendly and welcome their repeat customers by name. Needless to say, the underground, free parking is a very nice touch as well, always greatly appreciated especially during the winter-season.

Room was a surprise as it is small compared to other rooms I have booked. That said it contains everything you need for a short stay and the bed was really comfortable. Clean, quiet and comfortable are good things. Very neuveau styling.

Wifi never worked and the staff sent me a number to call for support. So I didn’t bother and use my data. Also they charge 50$ for deposit and only reimbursed me 10 days later…

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Room was lovely and comfortable. Hotel was clean, quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Having the little snack bar available was very handy. Breakfast was delicious. I really liked how modern everything was and how easy it was to find.

I stay at this location quite frequently (every other month or so), it has a great location, right off of the Autoroute 30 (exit Boul. de Rome). That facility also has free access to undergound parking (mind you, the parking is currently undergoing some utility-renovations, so the access that you're used to taking once at the bottom of the access-ramp may be a bit confusing....just keep looking for the blue "ALT Dix/30" wall-sign to guide you to the elevator entrance). The parking spots are not reserved for the guests....so you might need to park your vehicle a bit further away...but you're well protected from the elements....so no worries..... Oh, and not to forget: if you're as clumsy as me, and stub your toes on the bed-frame....just mention it to the reception, they will place coloured strips at the critical corners for your next visit ;-)

Room is comfortable and clean. The gym facilities had decent options for cardio. The hotel bar staff was friendly.
