With a wide range of accommodation options, from villas with private pools to classic 1st price gites with access to the park pool, you'll enjoy a good level of comfort at every price! The park is an ideal place to recharge your batteries, with a large outdoor swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. There's also a children's playground. The "Gites classiques 1er prix" are equipped with 2 bedrooms and a shower room, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. You'll find everything you need for cooking, including a full set of cookware and small appliances. The living area includes a sitting area with sofa bed, and a dining area for up to 6 people. The bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single bunk beds. And to make the most of the outdoors, each gite has a covered terrace with a table for 6. Here you can enjoy meals with your family or relax in the sun. The "Les Pinèdes" park at Etang Vallier Resort is the ideal choice for a vacation with family or friends, in a quiet, wooded setting. Villa Tina : This modern, recently built villa offers an unforgettable vacation experience with its 3 spacious bedrooms and private pool. Located just 200m from restaurants and the pond, this villa is ideal for the summer months. The pool is fenced off to ensure children's safety. Inside, the villa features a comfortable living room with sofas and TV, offering plenty of space for children. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room, the kitchen equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals. There's even a large laundry room for storing your belongings, including a washing machine. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are perfectly suited to families, the first bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds, the other 2 bedrooms have double beds (160x200cm) one of which also has a private bathroom. Outside, the garden is fenced, with a second safety fence for the swimming pool. The terrace has a covered area with a large French window opening onto the dining room, and an open area where you can enjoy the sunshine. Welcome to Villa Tina!

Gite Confort , 2 chambres 6 personnes : For those who prefer additional comfort, the "Gites Confort" also have two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and a living room. They offer a higher level of comfort than the “1st price Classic Gites” due to their layout and their location near the swimming pool. The living room includes a dining area with a table for 6 people and a lounge area. Beds are equipped with mattress protectors, duvets and pillows. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a sink unit with mirror and the toilets are separate. La Pinède park offers a calm and wooded environment, with a large outdoor swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Residents can also enjoy a children's play area in the central park. The fact that the access paths are one-way contributes to equal circulation in front of each house, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Chalet, 2 chambres, 4 personnes, sans accès piscine : La Clairière is a park with 4 wooden chalets of simple comfort with 2 bedrooms and basic amenities. The pond is below and directly accessible for a swim, a hike or a nap in the shade by the beach (no pool access for these accommodations, which are not in the La Pinède park but on the other side of the pond). These are refuges for nature lovers, with minimal gardening to maintain a natural look. Access to the chalets is via a small dirt path through a wood, for a feeling of a rejuvenating vacation. Each chalet has a surface area of 35m², with 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room and a separate toilet, and features amenities such as a double bed and 2 80cm single beds, a kitchen and a covered terrace. Maximum occupancy is 4 people, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

Villas Charentaises, 3 chambres, 8 personnes : Stay in one of the park's Villas Charentaises, built between 2005 and 2019. These 3-bedroom villas can accommodate up to 8 people, in the heart of 'Les Pinèdes' park, where it's always good to relax and recharge your batteries. Take advantage of the large outdoor swimming pool reserved exclusively for park residents from June to September, and the children's playground. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends, thanks to its layout that separates the living area from the bedrooms. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge and a dining area. The first bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and the third bedroom has a large double bed or two single beds, depending on the configuration of each villa (please consult us for your precise requirements). A shared bathroom is also available, with a separate toilet for even greater privacy. Enjoy your covered terrace and lounge in your spacious garden, and go for a swim in the nearby park swimming pool or on the pond beach.

We were met with such a warm friendly welcome when we collected the keys. Chalets were clean suitably furnished and comfortable. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway with family and friends.
