The room was clean and had a very comfy bed. Rating this stay 7 out of 10 only because 20 kids were running back and forth in the hallway screaming from 6pm to 10pm. The hotel manager knew about it and didn't tell anyone to stop it. *It was our experience- doesn't mean you will have the same "luck" with your stay here.

Bed was comfy, bathroom was roomy. Nice layout. I just realized that the first nite I stayed, I was charged double what I was supposed to be charged. I renewed my room the next day. so was then again charged for the room. then , a week later I was charged another nites stay for some reason... so I now have paid a total of $654 for 2 nites when it should have costed $327!! haven't gotten a reply from the hotel yet. so clearly they feel they can just charge at will, whatever they want, whenever they want! I am expecting to get refunded what they stole from me... but will find out soon if they will!!

We arrived super late and the front desk receptionist was amazing. She was cheerful, funny and helpful. It was so nice to be greeted so warmly after a heinous drive. Massive room, great parking, custom omelet the next am at your breakfast bar. Incredible staff.

Customer service was good. The breakfast was excellent and the kitchen manager was a very friendly person and we appreciate him for his kindness.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff is. Location is also amazing, very close to the venue we were going to. The beds were very comfortable.
