Friendly staff.its close to subway station. dinosaur bbq is across the street and.bodegas are a 4min walk .Barclay's center is one stop on the subway would definitely stay again

The staff was very helpful, professional and kind. Location right next to the subway station and in a nice neighborhood worth exploring. Amenities (coffee, tea, personal hygiene products) were nice - but we were missing mugs (there's only paper cups). WiFi was working fine, even for work calls. Lobby was also a plus. Luggage storage, microwave for use, etc. was all nice to have.

I live in England at present and flew to New York to spend a week meeting family and friends. The location of the hotel was excellent -- just a short distance from a subway station and across from a wonderful coffee house and a pub. The facilities were basic but everything I needed was provided and of very good quality. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Their friendliness made me feel right at home.

Great location, no frills, comfy bed, lovely helpful staff, umbrella hire machine, great shower, thick towels, window had a view and peaceful at the back. Coffee machine worked well with ready stocks, Large drawer under the bed saved a storage drama.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff who helped with a range of enquiries. The room was a comfortable size for a week's stay, and we liked that there was a cupboard and drawer under the bed for storage. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - rain shower with great water pressure.

This was the cheapest option we could find, when searching for hotels, and with a hotel minimal modern feel. Was very accurate with the pictures we saw. Even tho is in Brooklyn, is super near to the metro, and has everything you need, like supermarkets and restaurants. All the staff are really nice people, and super helpfull all the time. It is a wonderful option for a couple.
