Clean facilities, nice safe location, easily accessible public transit, and a cultural experience in its own right. Heartily recommend and can't wait to stay here again.

The beds and pillows are really comfortable and clean providing the most important thing in an hotel: a good night sleep. The bathroom was also very clean.

The room had even more that was needed - including full kitchen-style furniture that I just wouldn’t use. It was clean and spacious, I loved the bathtub and the staff was nice and friendly.

Room was clean and a reasonable size. We had 2 x single beds in a suite. Super market close by and walking access to the train station was convenient.

Room was clean though the safe never worked the entire time i was there, but to me that's not a deal breaker and everything was sufficient and its a big room. tidy and well looked after.

The man who checked us in was great. Friendly and welcoming. Offered a room upgrade without us asking as it was available, more hotels should follow that great example as that set us up positively after a long day travelling. Could tell the building was slightly older but I thought the cleaning in comparison was exceptional. Little things like extra toothpastes and mouthwash were perks also. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.

They Upgraded the room for my parents which was nice. They enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Clean facilities, comfortable bed.

Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy (though only doubles, for 2 people in each bed as it was a family suite), staff were incredibly helpful, linens were quality and shower was good. It's in the hasidic neighbourhood, which felt safe, though is 20 min walk to trendy neighbourhoods of wiliamsburg or clinton hill (ie nice places to eat out)

The room is very spacious, which is the best feature, with a kitchen even (no ware though). Coffee and tea available is nice. Neighborhood is calm, residential, yet not far from the center.
