The view from the Gotham Suite was amazing and the location was perfect. The neighbouhood was very safe and the kids could walk to the local park on their own

Fantastic room with a view of both Manhattan and over Brooklyn (Gotham double). Staff all lovely and really helpful, and love, love, loved the area. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beds are cosy, lovely toiletries, great mini bar selection, room service came twice a day and staff were so friendly and accommodating. View from the room was a Brooklyn view rather than Manhattan, but still so impressive. Upstairs bar is a really cool spot for a drink! Location is great with easy access to subway.

Perfect location - Williamsburg, Brooklyn is one of the safest and nicest areas in NYC. Beautiful views, especially at night. Room perfectly sized, functional and cozy. Everything clean and tidy. Service at an exceptional level, the staff were very kind and attentive - as a solo traveler I genuinely felt taken care of.

The views are really beautiful (especially at night 😍), food is delicious, staff are very attentive and polite. I had no issue making a same day reservation for the sun loungers. I would love to stay here again.
