Great location, most reception staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotless. Comfortable beds and wardrobe space was a plus.

Excellent location just a 2 min work from the Subway system conecting directly into manhattan, lovely clean rooms with incredibly comfortable beds, the Cellar bar downstairs is a fantastic space.

Everything! Staff were amazing. It’s very close to the subway. The area feels safe. Great pub about 5mins from location. Happily stay there again!

Was very clean. Beds were comfortable and it felt safe.Quality bed linens and towels I enjoyed Williamsburg lots of good cafes in the area. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was close to the subway.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming from tips where to head to eat, to storing our luggage to calling an Uber for the airport. The rooms (we stayed 3 nights and 2 nights in the one week while heading off over the weekend) were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was extremely handy with two subway stations a very short walk away and a bus stop 2 min up the road. Lively Williamsburg downtown only 10-15 min walk away. A nice touch was the free little bottle of wine, chocolates and bottles of water in the room. The motorised black out blinds were great to help us get over the jet lag.

Modern, clean, safe with easy access to subway into Manhattan. Only a 2 minute walk from hotel! Friendly reception and housekeeping staff.

The staff was super nice and kindly gave some recommendations on what to do and where to go. We also had breakfast one morning and it was freshly made and delicious as well as the coffee. The location is easy to access by subway it isn't really the nicest but not bad. We felt safe and it was ok. Room and the bathroom were nice and spacious, overall a great experience.

The location was great, close to public transport and the Williamsburg food and shopping district. We walked or took the subway with ease and felt very comfortable in our room. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay again!
