The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. You may hear noise from nearby train tracks. Air conditioning is only available during the summer months. There is no daily housekeeping. Please note some spaces have a hall view, while others have a street view.Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Hotel with new facilities, comfortable rooms, and easy access by train. A downside is the breakfast. During the stay, the supply of juice, yogurt, and cream cheese was interrupted. There was only bread, coffee, and cereal available. The room service did not replenish toilet paper, causing inconvenience

Free breakfast. Lots of pleasant communal space - ideal for groups. Decent sized room with comfy beds, large tv, fridge and good shower. Near Trader Joes and loads of restaurants and tram to centre.

Room was spotless, didn't hear any noise from neighbours, facilities were great and easy to find / use, staff were helpful, and the location is a 20 second walk from the metro station, all in all it's 100% worth it if the price is right.

Location: Close to the Green Line station and just a few stops from downtown, making it easy to get around. King Room ONLY with a street-Facing window comfortable and bright, offering a better experience compared to the back rooms. Bed comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast (Barely Positive) while stale and basic, it’s better than nothing.

I had a good experience at this hotel. The location is convenient. it's close to the Green Line station and just a few stops from downtown, making it easy to get around. The king room was comfortable, and I especially liked the window facing the street, which gave the room a nice, open feel. The bed was also comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-located and comfortable stay.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Large, cozy common area, complimentary tea and coffee available all time at the lobby. Well communicated with Boston. Great value for money.
