The room is very clean and comfortable. It is very close to the subway station. While the area has a bit of a notorious reputation, I didn’t feel unsafe walking around. The nearby grocery shop owner and the diner restaurant staff are both very welcoming and friendly.

The hotel is brand new and clean. Guests are well behaved and staff are approachable, responsive and helpful. The hotel is close to the number 2 and 5 trains. There is a large secure supermarket with a friendly owner across the road as well as a Dunkin and burger king. Avoid the delis and walking around at dusk.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and even a had a bathtub, which I appreciated. Most hotels that I've visited only have a shower with limited space.

No breakfast but you can buy some in the opposite supermarket. Never seen cleaning and service of the room

This small hotel with limited services is located about 300 meters from metro lines 2 and 5 and very close to bus stop Bx19. So, it's easy to travel to Manhattan. The room is not very big, but it is fine, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean. The room has a safe, refrigerator and microwave. The latter are very useful because there is no breakfast or restaurant in the hotel. But there is a supermarket directly across the street that also sells hot food. Unfortunately, there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room.

The hotel room was clean, comfy and equipped with all the necessary appliances (hairdryer, iron, air conditioning). There is an ice machine on 2nd floor free for use for all guests.

Our room was at the top level of the building and had a nice view. The floor was tile and hardwood, which feels much cleaner than carpet. The room was spacious and clean overall. It was good value for money, considering NYC prices. The staff was friendly. I appreciated having a fridge and a microwave. The hotel is conveniently located only 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. The travel time to Manhattan is about 15-25 minutes, depending on the area.

Perfect for a trip to New York on a budget. The hotel is pretty new and very clean, great bathroom and bed comfy. Subway 5 is close by.. a supermarket across the street!
