The bed was very comfortable, as were the sofas in the lounge room. Having a separate dining room (with elegant wooden table and dressers) was very nice, although there was a table in the kitchen, if we had wanted to use that. (The table and chairs there were handy to put things onto as we came in the back door) Modern kitchen with plenty of utensils and equipment and large fridge/freezer, as well as some condiments. Modern bathroom, with some toiletries supplied. Plenty of good quality towels supplied too. The weather was starting to warm up and we appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom. There was a portable fan in the lounge room too. Didn't need to use the evap. aircon, so can't comment on that. We didn't end up using the laundry facilities but, at the time of booking, were glad to have that available, as we were staying 5 nights. We enjoyed the old-world character of the place, such as its ornate pressed metal ceilings Location was good, close to many of the places that we visited.

Walk to town, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings. Some kitchen pantry supplies. Heather was friendly and helpful.
