Great position, with pool. Large room, comfortable bed. Woolworths and Coles about a km away. Easy drive to most places in Broken Hill. Lovely couple managing the place.

I’ve had many stays during my cross country road trip, but this place stands out as the best since I hit the road in Perth. The rooms were incredibly spacious and impressively quiet—something I value deeply. The blockout curtains were perfect after a long day of driving in the sun and provided the rest I needed to recharge. The swimming pool looked gorgeous, and I regret not packing a swimsuit to take advantage of it. The check-in process was seamless, with easy key collection from a lockbox. Once inside, I barely noticed anyone else staying there—it was that peaceful! It wasn’t until I stepped outside in the evening that I realised the motel was fully booked. By morning, everyone had left quietly, and I hadn’t heard a thing. This was a truly wonderful, tranquil stay. If I’d known how great it was, I would have stayed an extra night to explore Broken Hill more from this base. I’ll definitely be back if I visit Broken Hill again. Thank you for such a beautiful, peaceful experience!
