The staff are unbelievably helpful and so lovely and easy to approach. The hotel helped me lots before I even arrived to change the number of nights for my stay (due to personal circumstances) and really helped with tips and numbers to book a taxi to wedding venue.The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous and we had a beautiful room! Lovely amenities and we loved the soap and shampoo etc so we ended up ordering it when we were on the boat home. Breakfast was delicious! Every member of staff we met, had a smile on their face and were so helpful. Never been to Arran before but we would love to come back, mostly because this hotel was just a fantastic find!

Large comfortable rooms with good views of the garden or out to sea Amazing full Scottish breakfast, highly recommended Good sleep in a firm bed Scrupulously clean Very convenient for the ferry terminal Staff can't do enough and always smiling.

Fabulous views, very comfortable modern well decorated room, loads of space. Great Breakfast, good restaurant and bar with live music on Fri night

The room was of a good size and very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped. We were a group of 4 and had dinner in the bistro which was excellent and the staff in both the bistro and the bar were also very good.
