A last minute trip and discovered this little, dog friendly gem. Arrived early and enjoyed a cup of tea and a delicious lunch in the on site tea room. We checked in and were staying in the Darjeeling room - a beautiful cozy, authentic, old-beamed, sloping low ceiling room. A bowl and a “Sunday dinner” - crunchies - was provided for our little dog - a lovely gesture and he ate it all - surprising, as he’s the pickiest doggie on the planet. A clean, modern bathroom. Right in the centre of Brockenhurst. Breakfast was included and was lovely. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

The service of the staff who really helpful particularly Mateo who facilitated us moving to suitable room upstairs and was always on hand to assist us including borrowing my wife his phone charger. The quality Breakfast in the Tea room and staff were very good.
