In the heart of the New Forest’s scenery, King Charles II's old hunting lodge is now a luxury hotel. The New Park Manor Hotel - A Luxury Family Hotel offers a fully equipped spa and an award-winning restaurant.
With free internet, luxurious beds and a TV, rooms at New Park Manor Hotel also have bright, traditional décor. Bathrooms have Bramley Products, whilst some rooms enjoy views of the local forest.
Luxury facilities at Bath House Spa include relaxation and massage treatments using mineral rich muds and aromatic oils. It also has a large swimming pool, sauna and an outdoor hot tub.
Modern, rustic English cuisine and local specialities like game or venison are served in the Stag Restaurant. Other pubs and restaurants are only 1 mile away, in Brockenhurst.
Nestled in beautiful woodland, lovely walks and cycle paths are on the hotel’s doorstep, with bike hire available. Boating and sailing is on offer in Lymington, 5 miles away.
Please note that our Superior and Deluxe room types offer rollaway beds for children staying in them. These are only suitable for children aged up to 12yrs.

Individually decorated rooms with views of the paddock, parkland and forest. Bathrooms have Comfort Zone toiletries and a TV. This room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child either in a cot or a z bed.

Classic Double Room - enter dates to see room photos

Situated on the top floor, this room is in the eaves of the Manor. It features sloped ceilings and was one of the original rooms used by the servants to King Charles II. This room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults only.

Deluxe Room - enter dates to see room photos

This first-floor suite is situated in Manor House and features traditional décor. Some suites offer a spacious lounge area. This room can accommodate 2 roll-away beds. Please note that the price is based on 2 adults and 2 children. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 3 children (see Hotel Policies).

The venue and location are beautiful. The decor is considered and classy, feeling grown up and cosy. It really was like a home from home with special touches, such as the milk and cookies, or fresh milk in the room. We didn't take our child with us but welcomed the notion of a child-friendly hotel, and would love to return with our little one. The spa facilities were amazing, as was the various rooms to sit in and play games /relax. Overall a luxury break in a stunning location with friendly staff and personal touches.

So many thoughtful little details to make your stay more comfortable. Everyone was accommodated for from families to adult couples. There’s adult only spaces but milk and cookies for the kids. Really lovely.
