We had a fantastic stay! The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The property was very clean and tidy, and the location was ideal—easy access to the beach and convenient for getting onto the highway for exploring the area. Communication with management was excellent; they even checked in to ensure everything was going well. The outside grounds were absolutely impeccable, and the staff maintaining the gardens and pool were not only hardworking but also friendly and happy, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

This was a return visit for our family. Once again, our trip was seamless from start to finish. Josh and MJ go above and beyond to accommodate families. It is a weight lifted walking in somewhere so kid friendly as a family with young children, I don't have to spend every minute shadowing the kids worried they might knock something out of place. They provide everything you need to stay as long as you like plus more!! Toys, Books, Games, full kitchen and laundry, candles for the spa, extra bedding, throw rugs and puffs so we can all gather to send time together. We all absolutely love our time at Eleven and it is 100% our accommodation of choice when heading to Busselton every few months. If anyone gets the chance, hire a scooter at the jetty and Cruz down the coast back to the accommodation later in the arvo, it's beautiful and something special to do with my daughter. There is a parking zone on the main road at the entrance of the complex.

Everything was perfect. The unit is clean, comfortable and affordable, it has everything you need, the spa bath is so relaxing. The owners were great with communication. The location is right on the beautiful beach. We didn’t get to use the pool, sauna or games room but it looked great also.

Fabulous location, walk straight from appt to the track to beach, 2 mins at most. Tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. Main bedroom had TV, aircon , loads of pillows to suit any sleeper. Immaculately clean and well equipped. Staff were helpful and answered any questions in timely manner. Easy access to unit. Did I say location was fabulous!🤣. Unit looked better than photos.

The location was fantastic. Only a few steps to the beautiful beach. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious for four adults and had everything we needed. The whole resort was well maintained with great facilities. Thank you Josh and MJ for your lovely apartment. We will be back!

We loved everything about our apartment. Comfortable, extremely well maintained and thoughtfulness of the hosts kept putting big smiles on our faces. As a night owl, I particularly appreciated the addition of the torch on the keys which was super handy for exploring the wonderful beachfront at night. Everything was so wonderful. So much more needed and appreciated than we have words for. 2024 has been more difficult for our family than we could have imagined in our wildest nightmares and this stay has reduced our stress and improved our mental health in ways we can't describe.
