Location. Quiet residential square with little or no passing traffic, just off the seafront and within easy walking distance for centre of town. Town offers plenty with lots of historical ties to Charles Dickens.

It was our first time in broadstairs and the location of the place was ideal . Its one of the biggest flats we stayed in , plenty of storage , big freezer and a little outside space . Plenty of light for a basement flat. Great value for money . Very clean and a clear welcome book .

Everything and Catrina was friendly and helpful and assisted quickly and promptly when I needed another toilet roll. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again.

Fantastically sized rooms. Very comfortable. Incredible location in a stunning seaside resort. Information received prior to arrival was spot on. Really great value for money.
