The breakfast was very good, there was a good choice. We had porridge with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. The portions were generous and everything was fresh and well cooked.

Friendly welcome and on-going friendliness of staff; ease of check in; nearby parking; cleanliness of bedroom and shared bathroom/w.c. facilities; the delicious locally-smoked salmon with scrambled egg breakfasts we chose for both mornings; the bright, well set out breakfast room(s) and good quality cutlery, knapkin and decent-sized mugs etc (makes all the difference!) and that breakfast (also good quality) was included in our twin room price. I meant to say it was good value for money (for this reason) but may have ticked the 'fair' value for money face by mistake and system doesn't appear to permit an edit unfortunately.

No nonsense hotel. Good room and location. Well priced. We had a very early start and they had made us a takeaway breakfast which was lovely and appreciated at no extra cost.

Great location, easy check in, safe parking, kettle & necessities in room, comfy bed + reading LED, handy takeaway and supermarket very close by. We don`t usually have breakfast but it was included and what a great tasty spread it was--they even did poached eggs just for me.

Location is next to the main road, supermarket and gas station so you have everything near by. Room is small and cosy, well furnished. Breakfast is amazing and so is the staff.
