-nice friendly lady on the reception -warm in January room with the central heating you can regulate - spotless clean - strong wifi -comfortable bed and enough furniture etc. -big windows -quiet location next to the centre ( 2 stops by tram)

The rooms, despite not having private bathrooms, were absolutely clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely, keeping my luggage for a whole day for free. On top of that, they offered to stay warm in a room for free while I waited for my train, also 100% free of charge. I could not be more grateful about that, as it was very very cold that day🙏

great price for what it is offered. It was more than I expected. Cleaniness was top. Facilities are more than I thought with this price. It is the current time cheapest offer in Brno with your own private space. I had a peaceful sleep and quiet evening facing their inner private garden.

The apartment under the roof was very spacious with a well rquipped little kitchen, and luckily there was also a cooler as it was 30°outside. Very nice host who explained everything and was readily available for questions.

Clean apartment with useful share kitchen. The place is 20 min walking for the main train station and 15 from the city center. Recommend!

The apartments are in a great location, within walking distance of the city center, and there's a tram stop just 3 minutes around the corner. The shared facilities at the apartments are nice. I only went there to sleep late at night and leave early in the morning, so I can't say much more, but it was perfect for my needs.
