Please note that we can only cater for vegan or dairy-free diets within the limits of our menu and by providing dairy-free milk (for stays of 2 nights or more). We cannot provide other dairy-free products but we can store guests' items with advance agreement.Kindly note the accommodation is located on the first and second floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.Please note the property does not accept third party bookings.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The property is in a great location an easy stroll to the harbour. The rooms are tastefully decorated and of a good size with all facilities needed. Breakfast has a great choice and the full English was excellent. I would highly recommend the Melville and will use again when in the area.

Had a lovely stay at the Melville. Room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The location is perfect just a 5min walk to Brixham. Breakfast was very yummy indeed 😋 with plenty of options available. Colin and his wife were very welcoming and good hosts.

Colin and Jackie were lovely hosts giving Trev and Diane plenty of information about where to visit in and around Brixham.Their breakfasts were very nice with various selections to choose from.Would recommend anyone to stay there really nice.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb. Ian and Jackie are excellent owners who will always stop for a chat, and any issue you might have is sorted straight away.
