The location was very good for a stopover on the drive north. Comfortable and warm in a cold season. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a lovely meal from the restaurant - good quality food.

Although close to a motor way, which gave easy access to the hotel, there was no traffic noise within the hotel. Plenty of accessible parking within the hotel grounds. The rooms and communal areas were very clean. All the staff we dealt with, spoke very good English. The restaurant had an extensive menu ( English translation available) and a good selection of wines, with the costs being very reasonable. On departure, after our overnight stay, we made a reservation to stay here again on our return home
