We stayed here for one night on our way to Wales and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The family room was very spacious with a fantastic bathroom, perfect for travelling with kids. We accidentally left my daughter’s cuddly toy behind, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful - Jessica, in particular, kindly offered to post it to us on her day off! Thankfully, we were driving back via Bristol on our return journey and were able to collect it ourselves. We had a fabulous stay overall - breakfast was delicious and the staff were absolutely wonderful. We’d definitely stay again!

Great location. Large comfortable room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Excellent food at dinner and breakfast. We were very fortunate with the weather and had fabulous views across the Bristol Channel.

A very pleasant one night's stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable room and bed. The meal we had was also good. It is in an interesting location with plenty to see by the Bristol Channel.

Think it is one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in and the pillow was so deep and bulky felt like I was sat up in bed. We had a view of a roof extension/outbuilding out of the window, not nice at all. The size of the room was good. Staff were all lovely and the breakfast was very nice. We stayed Mother's Day weekend, so when we were seated for breakfast it was at the back of the pub area as all of the tables in the lovely areas with a view were reserved for Mothers Day breakfast reservations! Our table was near the toilets, the cleaners kept walking through and it was the main walk way from the kitchen to the best parts of the pub/restaurant. Not very good when you have paid very good money to stay overnight as a guest. So sadly on the beautiful sunny weekend we had, we didn't get to enjoy the gorgeous view this hotel has to offer. Paying overnight guests are as important as restaurant customers!!

Superb location with ever changing views of the estuary.rooms are lovely with fresh decor and are well appointed. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. We had a slight issue with our room, but this was very quickly rectified once reported.
