An attractive period hotel in the heart of Clifton Village. The room was well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with excellent food. Off street parking was an added bonus. I will definitely use this hotel again

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room is bright and airy. The water is hot and the towels are fluffy. Fantastic location only 5 minute walk to the Clifton Suspension bridge.

Grear hotel. Reception couldn't have been more helpful i think it was Josh ? Offered to help me navigate my car in the tightest of parking places. Offered to carry my bags. Apologised as no one had made a note I was bringing my dog, i had emailed the day previously and there wasn't a water bowel out for my dog. Lack of a disabled parking space is an issue, as of Josh hadn't of helped me I would have been parked on the main road. Room spotless ..Fridge filled with snacks and drinks an awesome idea. Cleaners were banging around from early so I had thought I'd have a lay in but that didn't happen. Bed very comfy and pillows excellent
