Staff friendly and helpful. Good to have a restaurant and bar on site. Good food and good choice of beers. Nice to be able to take our drinks outside on the terrace.

Loved how helpful the staff are especially Africa and Noah who helped with how to get around the city. Haruna saw to all our room needs daily. Food was excellent so much choice.

Beautiful building and an independently run hotel. Staff are excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast and food in Raks downstairs is superb.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and were always up for a chat. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, plus quite a nice view of the world outside. Couldn't be happier with my stay!

The bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Bedroom was warm and facilities were good. I liked the complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.

Lovely hotel. We've had a problem with our neighbour who was disturbing us during the first night watching tv on full sound and coughing/vomiting. We decided to call reception to ask this guest at least to turn the tv sound down. They were very helpful and solved half of this problem promptly, but coughing have not stopped and we could not sleep all night so the next morning I asked a to be moved to another room. The reception staff and cleaning staff lady was amazing. They moved us and even moved our luggage when we were away. Thank you!

Upgraded without a fuss (or a smile either tbh) cause my single wasn’t very clean . Lovely big double with loads of space a bath a great facility. The morning staff was very charming :)
