Location was perfect, a 4 minute walk to where I needed to be, was grateful for parking but shame it's not included i teh booking. Especially as I booked about 2 hours before I arrived. Also really grateful about noon checkout time.

A very very good hotel Breakfast offering was exceptional we ate once in restaurant very good burger reasonable price drinks. Lovely staff would def stay again.

We liked our room and found it very comfortable for our stay. The bed was as we like it, we appreciated having a proper sofa and a little fridge. Everything was clean and the staff we met were lovely. The location was great for anyone requiring Temple Meads Station but also easy walking distance to the harbour area.
