Excellent location with easy walk from Temple Meads Station and walk to Harbour. Comfortable room with all good facilities. Only one night stay. No Breakfast booked

The location was perfect the staff were brilliant, happy, smiling, nothing was too much trouble. An excellent couple of days for our wedding anniversary.

Hotel room and beds comfy, bathroom little outdated and needing some TLC, expensive on site parking, but easier than parking in town. Good as a base but quite far from Clifton if wanting to do the bridge etc.

Lovely stay, bathroom was dirty, including hairs on toilet cistern and something which I assume faeces smeared on the bathroom door frame, only noticed just before check out otherwise I would have asked to move rooms.

Location is great. Waterside cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as the train station. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice.
