Apartment was very clean, comfortable and centrally located. The scaffolding on the building exterior did not bother us at all while in the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and finished to a high standard. The issue of scaffolding round the building was all explained prior to booking and was not an issue. The price reflected this and the property was excellent value for money.

It was difficult to find the front door due to the Building work Hoardings surrounding the apartments. We did know about the work and that scaffolding was in place. Contractors started at 8am and we were up and out for the days Monday Tuesday by 10 am when returning they were finished for the day. Apartments are very central with 2 handy shops near bye. Bit of a pain getting a takeaway delivered due to the Hoardings obscuring the entrance but we found the delivery guy looking for the entrance so got the Curry OK from Deliveroo. Central location handy for pubs and transport links. We flew down to Bristol from Newcastle Upon Tyne. Airport bus A1 gets you really close to the apartment (15 Mins walk ) If using a taxi get dropped off at the Premier Inn ( its the closest point of access). The Basement car park is massive. All info provided in the booking email and an app to download. I hate apps with a vengence. Its phone clutter so did not use it. Did phone to confirm arrival etc, very helpful team of people.

Very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Although we stayed when building works were being carried out, we still had a good view out of the window across to the park as only had scaffolding and not netting. The builders were only there during the day when we were out sightseeing so it wasn’t a problem. Would stay here again.
