LIKES Great location Friendly staff DISLIKES The room could have been bigger The motion sensor on the lights could do with being adjusted, I didn't have time to lock the door before the lights went off The socket by the door was slightly loose The fire alarm panel by the 2nd floor lift was also loose The lamp on the left side of the bed by the bathroom doesn't work, and hasn't been pat tested since 2023 No recycling facilities No do not disturb signs, could have used one, so my room wasn't cleaned, had the soaps replaced when they didn't need to be, would help to make the hotel more environmentally friendly, which can be used as a filter when booking rooms via booking.com Tv could be replaced as its quite an old model, or at least allow people to be able to update the tv channels, and able to access using the Netflix button on the remote The room could do with being redecorated, the carpet in the left corner next to the bed is going thin The ceiling is grubby There is a hole in the wall in between the windows and shutters, with wallpaper missing in some sections, and a small hole in the wall The pressure from the shower could drop in and out

Great location right next to St Nicholas Market yet our room was quiet. Good shower, very comfortable room (with windows that actually open!), space for luggage, friendly engaging staff and a SUPERBE breakfast. We were only staying one night but will be back again (Bristol is a great city with a great vibe). We caught the train to Bristol from London and the hotel was a short walk from the train station. Recommend!
