Staff were great welcoming. Breakfast staff a little less so. Breakfast was sparce and not that amazing. One of everything only.

I had an excellent experience during my recent hotel stay. Although the standard checkout time was 11:00 AM, I requested an extension until 2:00 PM as I was travelling with my pet. The hotel graciously accommodated my request without any hesitation or additional charges. Additionally, they did not impose any extra fees for my pet, which was a pleasant surprise. The overall package was very reasonable, especially compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, where such flexibility and pet-friendly policies are rare. This level of service truly exceeded my expectations.

The property was convenient and we were able to stay with our dog with no extra charge. Fortunately our room was at the rear of the property as the Gloucester road is very busy and loud. The breakfast was very good.

We liked the lovely welcome. We liked how big the room was and the multiple entries. We liked the spacious bathroom and we liked that we could park our car right outside our door. We liked the fridge in the bedroom - that was very helpful!
