Amazing location to explore Harbourside, great room, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful building inside and out. Lovely lounge and bar. The parking on site was charged but allowing people to remain until 11pm day of departure was brilliant.

The bed was comfortable and the room and shower room were clean. Huge tv in the room, plus hairdryer, fridge, ironing board and iron. The hospitality tray had teas, coffee and milk sachets plus a couple of biscuits. We were on the fourth floor and fairly close to the lift. It was quiet at night, which we appreciated after a long day and negotiating the awful traffic in the city centre. Cooked breakfast was good.

Great location for the Theatre, just around the corner, convenient parking at the hotel, friendly staff, nice room, well furnished, comfortable and extremely clean. We will be back. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

The accessible room was a very good size and the bathroom too. All easy to move around with the wheelchair. Very central location and room overlooked College Green. Soundproofing was very effective from busy road. Staff very helpful and good meal in the restaurant. The two course menu was good value, tasty and plentiful.

The room and bed were extremely comfortable. The facilities were clean and the gym had everything I needed. All staff were extremely helpful during our entire stay.
