The fine print
Customers are required to pay the full balance on arrival. We also accept bank faster payment before arrival so please contact us. Customers are required to reserve room/rooms with credit/debit card but pay with debit card.Rooms are normally only available after 16:00 but earlier access is available by prior arrangement for a GBP 10 fee.The check-in time is 16:00pm-to 22:30, and strictly adhered to. Check-in after 22:30 is not possible unless prior arrangements have been made. A fee of GBP 15 applies to check-in's between 22:30 and 00:00 and a fee of GBP 20 applies to check-in's from 00:00 until 00:30.Late check-out until 12:30 is possible for a cost of GBP 15 per room. An additional GBP 10 per hour per room is chargeable at the latest check-out 14:30.Please note that the property may pre-authorise cards for security reasons.Please note this property has 2 entrances. Access to the car park is from the rear entrance only not front. This is in comliance with traffic rules of the Southgloustershire Council. Please use this post code BS34 7PQ when using a sat nav to reach the property.For disabled or reduced mobility guests please book a hotel instead as we do not have facilities like disabled access or lift.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

I stayed for two nights in a small attic room for a single person. Owners were clear it was unsuitable for persons with mobility or health issues and checked with me beforehand. I had no problem using two flights of stairs. It was clean, had a coffee maker, and had an en-suite bathroom. Everything I needed was there. It's near Southmead Hospital. I took a taxi to the hospital (7 minutes) in the morning and walked back (20 minutes) in the evening. There is a lovely parking area at the back. The owners gave me precise Sat Nav directions for the free parking. There was provision for paid breakfast which I did not take. The Wi-Fi speed was fair. The small TV works fine. The bathroom was clean and had enough space. There were shops within 5-6 minutes of drive.

Free parking on site and a good location on regular bus route, saves parking in central Bristol and the clean air zone . Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were informative.

Very smart guest house, feeling more like a small hotel. Well decorated interior, in slightly old fashioned style, which I like. Reminded me of the family-owned hotels you get in seaside resorts. Everything immaculately clean. Good cooked breakfast in a formal 'hotel-style' dining room. Room and bed very comfortable.

Comfortable rooms in a convenient location for my stay. Room was warm and had plenty of space for just me! Parking available but it was quite limited.

Filton guest house was perfect for somewhere to stay for a reasonably priced night in the city. The lady who met us was really friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The location is fine and saves having to fork out for a city centre hotel, taxis into the centre were around £20 each way.

The property and the room was very clean. Even the beddings and towels smells clean. Bed was comfortable.
