We booked a suite and it was big enough. Heating and Air con worked well. Coffee, biscuits in room. The iron is not great and I had brought a steamer.

Spacious, not overly hot ( you could control your own room temperature) and NO awful fragrance purveying the hotel. We hate this.

Our room was comfortable and fine but I asked on booking for 2 separate single beds for my children and one double and this was not the case. This always causes problems for us so not ideal. Spa was lovely and staff friendly On the whole would stay again
