Big bed, big room, lovely hotel, lovely staff. We didn’t experience much of it as just stayed a few hours after landing early in the morning.

Nice big bed, clean room, high ceilings, quality furniture Very beautiful building, friendly welcoming staff!! They even gave us tips on how to enjoy our Bristol stay.

The room was lovely, spacious and had a great overall feel about it with the tall windows and curtains. The bed was huge and very comfy

The location was nice being next to Arnos Vale and Boca Bar, some parts of the building were in good repair (1st floor landing and stairs).

If you enjoy a medium-long walk, it was 30mins to the city centre at a decent pace but connectivity via the bus made it even more convenient - only 15-20mins to Bristol Coach station.

everything is ok, only the problem with the taps, for the hotel you can already put good mixers, not separate taps for hot and cold water
