Great location, right where we needed to be. Very friendly and helpful reception, loved that the aircon was turned on in our room prior to check in, given the 40 degree day it was.

Facilities were a little old but clean and well maintained. Loved the location. Management was excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. Excellent communication, especially around late check-in. It has a lovely charm about the place.

Easy access to Southbank and restaurants. We arrived early and we so happy when the receptionist found a room free for early access. So much appreciated.

Bed was very comfortable and we had a nice small balcony with a table and chairs. Great air-condition that was quiet at night. Superb water pressure in the shower. Over all it was a great little unit to stay in and easy to walk to most things, like restaurants, bars, coffee shops and thing to see and do.

Pictures online aren’t really an accurate representation of- aged rooms with a lack of consistency around quality. My room was good, other two rooms were not consistent with the price paid. One had a hole in the room and questionable cleanliness of the curtains.
