The location, the views, how comfortable the beds are, the facilities in the room, the pool and how close it is to some great spots including cafes and the bakery!

The facilities in this accommodation are second to none. Filtered water, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes rack, cleaning equipment, the list is endless. The living area was as comfortable as home with an excellent size tv. We had a small balcony which was lovely to sit on at the beginning and end of the day. The shower was an excellent size and powerful. At first the location seemed remote but on walking round we realised there were quite a few bars and restaurants, and a couple of local convenience stores. So it totally met our needs. A short walk and you were in the centre of town. An allocated parking space was welcome and the security systems to entre the building and our accommodation made us feel safe. We would definitely recommend the Docks on Goodwin

Unit was roomy even while being a studio. The facilities were exactly what we wanted- large pool, spa, sauna and tennis court. Lots of places to walk to.

Great value in good location we would definitely stay here again. We stayed in tower 2 on floor 8. The only problem we had was that the clothes dryer in the room didn't work.

We were very pleased with everything about this property. The room was far larger than anticipated and it was well appointed. Bonus was having a washing machine too. I used the gym which was great and the pool was awesome. We would seriously consider staying there again and would recommend it to others as well.

Beautiful pool area and not at all busy, had it to ourselves most of the time! Huge apartment, very nicely furnished. Nice location with short walk to two ferry stops, takes about an hour to get to North Quay. The new bridge across to the botanic gardens is a great addition! Was a bit worried about there being no air conditioning in the bedroom but the fan was very effective

Spacious studio apartment in an excellent location.We loved our stay and found it excellent value for money as it also included parking. Facilities were great, we loved the pool area, which also has a BBQ if you would like to cook. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location means you are close to restaurants and the Story Bridge Hotel, or you can just jump on a ferry and visit one of the many dining precincts on the Brisbane River. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back !
