All good and as can be expected in this pricerange. There is a very small window of opportunity to enjoy the sun at the pool due to the amount of highrise around the hotel. Upside is that also without the sun it is quite agreeable due to the nice (warm) temperatures.

Location was awesome. Facilities were fine but a little dated. Arrived early evening around 7pm as a family of 6 with numerous suitcases. No effort from staff to welcome us, not even a smile, no offer to help with the luggage or even for us to use the luggage carts. The young girl that checked us in made us feel like it was an inconvenience for us to be there. Struggled our way to the elevators and two members of staff pushed past us to get into the lift meaning that we had to split our party into two elevators. Not a bad stay but the staff were incredibly poor and considering how much we paid for the rooms it was not a great stay overall.

Fantastic stay! Staff professional and friendly. Room spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. Facilities are very good, we loved sitting by the pool together and the location was excellent.

We once again stayed at Royal on the Park Hotel, this time for 4 nights. We once again loved our stay very much. What makes Royal on the Park better than other hotels is the charm of the hotel, the amazing staff who are so welcoming and helpful to the lovely Walnut restaurant. We love staying at Royal on the Park when in Brisbane.
