Location was amazing, plenty of good sized parking for my 4wd, did not expect the stove top and microwave, did not expect the balcony and the nice big bathroom, room very well appointed

We stay at Quest Chermside regularly. The facilities and staff are always excellent, it is close to shops, public transport, restaurants and has secure parking.

I loved how open the space was. The receptionist was very nice, a staff member I met in the elevator was also so super kind and helpful. The studio was very tidy and I loved how i could sit out on the balcony and enjoy my coffee.

I really like the location, right across from a Westfield Shopping Centre. The facilities were great and value for money was really good also.

The room was an adequate size and offered that cosy and intimate feeling which was exactly what I desired taking my partner away for the weekend. The bed was nice and comfortable, shower was nice and big considering the size of the bathroom and balcony was bigger than expected considering the size of the room. Of course WIFI and Chromecast were also available for us but we had no use for those services.. was good to know however that we had those options there. Staff were also very accomodating and friendly. Shout out to the housekeeping team for making our bed and tidying up our room despite the celebrations/ decorations occupying the entire room. We were pleasantly surprised by it all when we returned later on in the day.

Staff were very friendly, were able to get me an early check in and made us feel comfortable. They had a complementary light breakfast also which made things pleasant and easy.
