Great location, friendly staff, we had a spacious room/apartment for 3 people with good facilities eg. fridge, communal table, sofa, balcony, dishwasher, microwave. Fresh towels whenever needed but not great cleaning elsewhere in the apartment.

The location was fantastic. The room was comfortable, the sheets were lovely, crisp and clean. The aircon was cold. The artwork in the bathroom was brilliant. Couldn't hear any street noise.

Staff were great. Very helpful, friendly and competent. Convenient location close to town and short walk from Airtrain (there is a lift for the uphill). Bed was large and comfortable. Kitchenette had all you needed and was functional for a short stay (if you don't like expresso pods consider taking a plunger). The extended kitchen bench served well for a desk too. Decor was pleasant and modern enough. Really liked the extra space in the room so didnt feel cramped, including having an open hanging rack rather than a cupboard. The ensuite was compact but modern and still functional with storage space.

I liked the confitable beds and the friendly staff. I will admit I was a little worried after reading some of the google reviews. However I can say I never experienced anything worth stressing about.
