Please note for safety reasons due to scheduled fireworks displays, the level 7 podium area at the property including the pool, pool deck, spa, fitness centre and sauna will be closed at 16:00 on River Fire night and New Year’s Eve. These areas will re-open the next day at 10:00.When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival. Please note that the credit card presented on check-in must be in the same name as the guest on the booking confirmation.Please note that this property cannot accommodate vehicles over 2.1 metres, due to height restrictions of the car park.Please note that car parking is limited and must be booked in advance. If you are arriving by car, please contact the hotel for more information, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Entry to the car park is off Charlotte Street. The laneway leading to the car park is on the right hand side of Charlotte Street between the Telstra Building and the Pancake Manor. Please note this is not signed due to Council Regulations.In order to access the car park, guests are requested to turn right off Charlotte Street, just before the Pancake Manor Restaurant. The roller garage door is approximately 25-metres down this side street on the left. When guests reach this door, they must dial 101, followed by the bell symbol on the intercom panel.All hotel guests are required to park in the car parks that are marked in green with 'Hotel Guest' displayed on the ground. Failure to park in these zones and/or clearly display your validated parking slip on the dash may result in car being towed at owners expense.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Staff were great. Location was good. A bit pricey for the experience. Didn’t get to use pool etc. Towels were thin and rough. Bathroom stayed moist the whole stay. Kitchen also wet from condensation used dryer once. Bit disappointed with that. But overall, good. And would stay again.

The location is great, a few steps and you are on Queen St. The apartment is spacious and had everything, cooking facilities, washer/dryer/iron etc. Outdoor seating, televisions in the lounge and bedroom.

The room was adequate and what I expected it to be. I loved the balcony and the outlook was beautiful looking over the river. It was central to Brisbane CBD, within walking distance of transport and other areas that met our needs for a relaxing weekend visit. As it was the first time staying in Brisbane it gave us the opportunity to see the numerous other options available that perhaps would have also been just the same. They were willing to hold our luggage at reception while we waited for check in and again after check out as our flights did not coincide.

I stayed 2 months ago and I love the location being across the road from the new Star Casino and shop all around. Everything is within walking to the water food and convenient store, cafes and entertainment.

Last minute after other accom not suitable. Great river view. Good view from pool. Clean pool and spa. Basic, but the position is what you are paying for, and river view (if you get that view)

the spa and pool, great, the groundsman checked in temperature was all good, how nice.., the staff always friendly, room clean, and best location. think I've found my hotel while in Brissy!.., I'll be back.

It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The lay out was good as a family everyone had there own privacy with the layout of the bedrooms. The shower was great! Location was very convenient and the car parking was very handy
