The location was great for the event we attended and with easy transport option's nearby. Staff were helpful as they looked after our bags before check in and gave us info on the area.

Great location. Across the street from gorgeous park full of flowers. Very near transit hub. Helpful staff - we managed an early checkin after a long haul flight, which we really appreciated.

We liked the rooftop pool and terrace. We liked the breakfast facilities which included freshly made coffee to order and poached eggs to order and there was a good variety. It was a relatively quiet location and there was a bus stop offering a regular free service to the downtown area. However, the route was on a loop so it took longer to get back. Otherwise, walking into town was an effort in very hot weather. The staff were helpful whenever there was a problem. Our room balcony was also pleasant with a good view. There was a lovely park in the vicinity. Pool towels were provided.
