The location was fantastic. It was a lovely hotel and I've heard great things about the food but I couldn't justify $42 for breakfast :/

Was unfortunate the Foxtel was not working in our room, however was compensated with breakfast each morning.

NO disability access to the pool. Also thought the pool was going to be heated. The room itself was nice but is very basic. Loved having room service though. Location was probably the best and made the cost worthwhile. Very expensive parking each night.

I was stuck in brisbane due to the flooding in hervey bay and the staff were all fantastic and helpful and got me all checked in without any stress. Always my preferred place to stay
