The Location and the staff were great. Our room wasn’t noisy even though it was only 2nd floor. Our apartment had been refurbished and this was great. We had a look at one in the 10th floor, it looked and felt rather ‘sad’. The welcoming feel of the breakfast room and the staff who worked there (particularly the first morning we went). The carpeting was a bit of an issue due to the height of the vehicle.
