One of the better hostels in Brisbane. Cool rooftop common areas. Private sleeping pods with secure individual lockers.

Great location near Fortitude Valley rail station, and walking distance to city centre. Nice simple comfortable hostel with great communal rooftop spaces

Nice and chilled not a melt insight, layout was good I especially liked the kitchen and leisure area . And the staff were always on hand if there were any problems

The rooms were great. The locker system worked great to keep your items in, and using your room key to also open the locker was a very easy and useful feature. The beds were comfortable, the pods each had a few powerpoints, a fan, a mirror and a light. Having a bathroom in each room of 6 pods was very handy, although there were a few issues with the bathroom.

My first time staying at Lylo was superb, second time wasn't because the room was smelling pretty bad when i check in. Perhaps due to cyclone Alfred as windows were closed for 2-3days.
